Yes, we offer full and partial packing services. Our team is trained to pack fragile and high-value items safely and efficiently.
Can I pack myself?
Absolutely. If you prefer to pack yourself, wewe can sell you moving boxes, paper bubblewrap etc
How should I label boxes?
We recommend labeling each box with the room it belongs to and a brief summary of contents (e.g. “Kitchen – Plates & Glasses”). This speeds up the unloading and unpacking process.

Yes all Storage Units we use are monitored, pest-controlled, and designed to keep your furniture in great condition.
How long will my move take?
A standard 2–3 bedroom house usually takes 3–6 hours to move locally, depending on access and how well-packed things are. Long-distance moves may take a full day or longer.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially if you need to move on a weekend or around the end of the month. But if it’s urgent—call us, we may still be able to help.
Can I change my moving date after booking?
Yes, we’re flexible—just let us know as early as possible. Changes within 48 hours may incur a fee if a truck and team are already allocated.
Should I get additional insurance?
If you're moving high-value items (e.g. artwork, antiques), we recommend discussing contents insurance with your provider. We can also help arrange extra coverage on request.
What if something gets damaged?
We take great care, but if something is damaged, please notify us immediately. We’ll investigate and resolve it promptly.
